Summary

Help kids in foster care feel supported and loved by creating homemade cards to inspire them as they prepare for the upcoming school year.

Description

Not everyone can be a foster family, but everyone can do something to impact kids and families involved in foster care. Fostering Community is hosting a Back To School Bash in August supplying backpacks, school supplies and some inspiration.

We need your family’s help to create inspiring, funny and entertaining cards to help kids entering new schools and facing new experiences in the coming year. We all know how challenging the start of the school year can be and words of support can make all the difference in starting the year off with a positive attitude.

Activities

Make homemade cards with whatever you have on hand, and fill them with positive messages, silly jokes and inspiration. No envelopes necessary.
